AI Case Management was founded by Amy Iddon in August 2022. Amy has been a nurse for over 15 years and has worked in the field of brain and spinal injury since 2012. She became a Case Manager in 2019 following two years as the CQC Registered Manager of a large spinal injury rehabilitation facility.
Amy feels strongly that AI Case Management serves as the support and guiding light that people so often need when they or their loved one have suffered a life changing injury. The ethos of AI Case Management is that we try to assist our clients and their families to find the rainbow in the storm, and we will be there to hold their hand through this process.
AI Case Management do not have a carbon copy approach to what we do. We offer a bespoke and flexible service to clients and strive to be whatever they need us to be. Every client and their family are different and therefore, we need to be different to support them effectively.
Amy and the people that work with her have a reputation for being relentless in achieving what is needed for their clients. AI Case Management will continually strive for the best possible outcomes for each and every person that we support.
We offer Case Management services to a wide range of people and to both adult and paediatric clients. AI Case Management recognises the vital importance of ensuring that Case Managers are matched appropriately to the client that they are caring for. A free Meet and Greet service is therefore offered to ensure that this match is correct prior to moving forward with Case Management intervention.
