Amy coordinates a holistic team around her client and their family and manages the team with clear and effective systems and processes, supported by the wider team at AICM. I started working with AICM shortly after my dishcharge from hospital in May 2024. Amy and Lynsey constantly go above and beyond for myself and my family. With their expertise, kindness and a genuine passion for wanting to help me, they have helped me maximise every part of my rehabilitation and long term goals. With their excellent communication, Amy and Lynsey are constantly checking in on my well being. The situation I am dealing with is stressful but from the start they have helped massively and made a horrible time bearable. I can’t say enough how grateful me and my family are for all the help they’ve given me, getting me back on my feet, a new wheelchair with a power add on so I can enjoy longer days out with them and more recently back into driving! Further to loosing my husband and being injured in a car accident. This was a time in my life when I was filled with anxiety, guilt and confusion. I had no hope. Life had crumbled around me. AICM helped me find a clear path forward. Staff assisted, gave me courage and guidance to face every trial. Now I can walk with confidence and purpose.

I have worked with Amy and a members of her team for a number of years on numerous catastrophic personal injury matters. Her professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail are second to none. She is extremely knowledgeable in all matters spinal cord and brain injury. Amy iddon is amazing.  Since working with her, I feel cared for and safe.  Amy is always available to me, always answers my questions, and I've never had a problem if I wanted her to organize something.  Amy fulfills her tasks very properly and reliably.  She cares about all her clients.  In relations with her, you can sense that she is like a friend, not an employee bound by a contract.  He puts his heart into everything.  Thanks to her hard work, I finally feel my case is moving forward.  I wouldn't trade her for anyone else. 

Amy Iddon has worked as Case Manager for my teenage son since July 2022, she was recommended to me by another parent with a similar set of circumstances to our own. My son has Cerebral Palsy affecting all four of his limbs and severe learning difficulties caused by a brain injury he sustained at birth. He lives with myself (his mum) and his younger brother who has autism.

Amy came on board with my son’s case during a difficult time for the family and when we had also not had good experiences with previous case managers. I was nervous but Amy immediately took the time to get to know my son, his needs and also the dynamics of the family. Within a very short space of time everything started to come together, my sons care package improved dramatically, his care plans were fully up dated and personalised, his equipment needs were addressed, costs were being properly monitored and the various professionals that surround my son and the family were being properly managed and communicated with.

Amy also immediately assisted with re-booking the many appointments that had been delayed due the Covid 19 Pandemic and for the first time I felt that my son and the family were being supported properly, especially coming out of such an overwhelmingly difficult period. 

Amy is a very experienced case manager and nurse who is also a genuinely caring individual, she consistently goes out of her way, above and beyond to achieve the best outcomes for my son. Amy’s record keeping and attention to detail is also meticulous.  I would not hesitate to recommend her and her company to other individuals.

The suggestion of having a case manager had been brought up on several occasions.  In the past we had tried one and it was a disaster, that person was pushy for some things, hopeless with other things and simply did not seem to understand what, we as a family, needed help with.  So, to try again, even though I desperately needed help, I was very resistant. 




THEN we were introduced to Amy Iddon, a fully trained nurse, a homemaker, a mum and a wonderful and totally caring and considerate human being.  She has a wealth of experience in what seems to be everything! 

Amy has a full understanding of all the legal implications of being an employer, what it is to need a care giver, of building a team, and of actually being a care giver.   More importantly she knows what it is to be part of a family and she considers her role as case manager to be for the entire family involved not just the client.   She therefore sees and meets our needs on all and every level.  

I do not know how I coped before.   I certainly couldn't cope without her now.

AICM has been attentive and claim through our case. Things have been explained through all the stages we have had to travel through and have listened to our concerns. The experts that have been introduced by AICM to us have all been of a high standard and my wife has benefited from the rehab sessions. 

Amy Iddon has worked with my family for 3.5 years, She's an amazing case manager and has gone above and beyond for my daughter.  She's responsive, caring, listens to our needs and tailors herself to meet those needs.  Nothing is ever too much trouble.  She's very effective at putting things in place for us, ie. Finding the right therapists to work with my daughter, organising MDT meetings, supporting me with EHCP plans even accompanying me when I needed help to sort out constant medication errors from my daughter's own GP.  Amy has made us as a family (not just my daughter) feel safe, cared for and supported.
