Charlotte has been working in caring environments in differing roles for over ten years.
Charlotte has significant experience in working with clients with mental health conditions and in mental health crisis.
To further her knowledge and understanding of the clients that she was working with, Charlotte self funded a Psychology degree which she completed in 2023.
Charlotte strives to support and develop the independence of clients and enjoys enabling them to fulfil their potential.
Charlotte works well as part of the multi-disciplinary team and believes it is key to feed in her experience of the clients to support their ongoing treatment and recovery.
Charlotte has experience of working with both adult and paediatric clients.
Charlotte is committed, flexible and caring. She uses her initiative to enable clients to get the bestout of their recovery and rehabilitation.
Charlotte is ambitious and keen to develop her experience further.
Charlotte is committed to developing her professional knowledge and skills. She proactively attends seminars and training that further develop her understanding of the challenges that case management brings.
Charlotte is an animal lover and has a passion for cooking and likes to share her hobbies.
Charlotte is based in Milton Keynes and offers support to clients nationwide.
