• Francesca qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2010 and has been working as a Case Manager since December 2019.
• Francesca has experience managing a caseload of clients with Cerebral Palsy, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, spinal injury, brain injury, complex mental health conditions and complex orthopaedic injuries.
• Francesca has completed her registration in Mentorship and Support for Professional Practice.
• Francesca has developed excellent skills in managing complex mental health and behavioural issues in conjunction with physical disabilities.
• Since commencing her Case Management career she has worked with settled and active cases and is adept in managing challenging family dynamics.
• Francesca is diligent, flexible and adaptable, ensuring that her clients are well supported.
• Francesca previously worked as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in end of life and palliative care, giving her extensive experience in working with grief.
• As Francesca has previously worked as a carer for a medically complex child, this offers her a unique insight into the situations experienced within families.
• Francesca is based in Bedfordshire and offers support to clients nationwide.
• Francesca is committed to developing her professional knowledge and skills. She proactively
  attends seminars and training that further develop her understanding of the challenges that case management brings.
