Natalie has worked in support roles within the healthcare sector for both NHS and Private Services for over 15 years.
Natalie has experience in complaints management and having to manage challenging clients
Alongside Natalie’s current role, she is under- taking a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management Professional which is due to be completed in May 2025.
Natalie has extensive experience in organising complex teams of people and ensuring that they are all supported to complete their roles efficiently and to the best of their ability
Natalie is diligent and committed to her role and will always ensure that tasks are completed to an exceptional standard
Natalie supports the clinical team at AICM in managing care teams, partner liaison and administrative tasks.
Natalie’s attention to detail is second to none and she has earned the trust of all of her team members
Natalie’s experience in varying settings within health care have enabled her to have a broad
understanding of many of the activities that we undertake within Case Management services.
Natalie is office based at our offices in Milton Keynes and always available to assist with any
client enquiry.
